hard bed slow breakfast replenishment
the staff was attentive. the eggs were made to order and a special egg dish was offered daily.
the bed was very hard and uncomfortable. used room slippers were chargeable , and breakfast replenishment was slow. the bathroom soap was not refreshed intuitively.

awful noise unclean floor
the location was acceptable. it was central and easy enough to find.
The noise from a nearby club was awful. it went on until 2 am, and i just waited for it to end. also, the bathroom floor was not clean. It looked as if it hadn't had a good scrub in ages.

great stay, great location!
friendly team efficient request spotlessly clean excellent service
the team was friendly and efficient. they handled all requests and queries quickly. the hotel had a lovely atmosphere. the place was kept spotlessly clean, even sweeping leaves immediately after rain. front desk was helpful. room service was excellent. laundry service kept to schedule.
i found that the pool area was slightly small and mostly in the shade.

my room overlooked the pool and had a balcony. waking up to this view was beautiful. the room included good air conditioning making the space comfortable.

the hotel bar by the pool offered pretty good drinks. during my stay, there was a buy two get one free cocktail promotion. i took advantage of it while swimming.
