the staff was attentive. the eggs were made to order and a special egg dish was offered daily.

the bed was very hard and uncomfortable. used room slippers were chargeable , and breakfast replenishment was slow. the bathroom soap was not refreshed intuitively.

the location was acceptable. it was central and easy enough to find.

The noise from a nearby club was awful. it went on until 2 am, and i just waited for it to end. also, the bathroom floor was not clean. It looked as if it hadn't had a good scrub in ages.

the team was friendly and efficient. they handled all requests and queries quickly. the hotel had a lovely atmosphere. the place was kept spotlessly clean, even sweeping leaves immediately after rain. front desk was helpful. room service was excellent. laundry service kept to schedule.

i found that the pool area was slightly small and mostly in the shade.
